Another good day today.
For reading, I continued IDW’s TMNT Vol. 8.
For data analysis, I built a special tool to help me come up with short story ideas. I learned this trick a few years ago.
Basically, I exported my entire iTunes playlist into a spreadsheet. I have lots of songs with interesting titles. I built an Excel formula that takes two random titles from the library and then mashes them together.
Examples include:
“Dry Guy Nostalgia”
“Something Strange Going on in My Savage Soul”
“Freaks in Resonance”
“Love at Retro Sunset”
And so on. Lots of really interesting stuff going in that spreadsheet!!! I have tens of thousands of songs, so endless combinations.
Anyhoo, this will help me get creative when I want to start writing short stories.
I also spent a ton of time playing around in MidJourney today. Some images shared below. I still don’t get as good results as other folks, but I had some fun today.
For marketing, I collaborated on pitching an idea to someone. Can’t say more than that, but it will be cool if it’s accepted, and kind of an out-of-the-box marketing method.
