ANNOUNCEMENTS
ONE. 2021 Beast Mode will officially begin on July 1st, 2021! It will run from July 1st to September 30.
TWO. For this year’s Beast Mode, I will be writing both fiction and nonfiction, and I’ll let all of you vote on which books I write. I’ve got a list of around 10 book ideas right now. My patrons get first dibs, but when I finish the first book, I’ll open the voting up to the community.
THREE. During Beast Mode, I will be doing TWO power hours per month. July will be wonky because of the US holiday but I’ll probably do first and third Saturday of the month.
FOUR. I’m inviting all of you to go into Beast Mode with me. If the pandemic threw you for a loop, make it right now and dedicate some time to writing words and finishing your book ideas. This is the perfect time as we emerge from the pandemic into a new world. Might as well emerge with some new books and a revenue stream or two to support your writing and your family.
FIVE. There will be another Beast Mode Collection for anyone who wants to pick up the books I write during July-September at a steep discount. It’ll launch in October, and like last year, anyone who buys will get entered for a consultation with me.
There will be a few other fun announcements between now and Sep. 30, but I haven’t ironed them out yet. LOL
That means I’ve got two weeks to get my act together. 17 days until Beast Mode begins!
OTHER NEWS TODAY
I was supposed to get Indie Author Confidential Vol. 5 and my new idea book off to my cover designer, but I fell short.
I realized I forgot to write a chapter in Indie Confidential Vol. 5 as I was putting together the cover designer’s brief. Yikes.
I realized that I didn’t write the book description for Indie Author Confidential Vol. 5. Double yikes. The WORST time to write a book description is at 10PM when you’re sleepy. It’ll have to wait until tomorrow.
I didn’t settle on a proper title for the idea book yet. Again, a tomorrow job.
