I’ve decided that the first thing I want to do in my “post law school” life is double down on YouTube. I have spent almost the entire day watching YouTube. Partly for pleasure, partly for education on how to make my channel better.

A lot of things have changed in the last couple years, and I admit that I’ve become complacent. 100%. Yet somehow my channel is still pretty well-watched and has a lot of subscribers, so I’m definitely doing some things right.

But now that I don’t have to worry about school disrupting my schedule every 90 days or so, I can devote more resources to the channel, which means stuff is coming in the future. What, exactly? I have no idea yet. But I’d love your feedback on the types of content you’d like to see me do. Writing tutorials? Advice videos? Something else that I haven’t done yet? Help a brother out…

I also got to do some prime people-watching today. There was one person I met who might end up in one of my novels…

I had a brief writing session but decided to spend the day away from my computer, for a change. Very, very unlikely me. But I’m enjoying myself right now and going with the flow. I saw a video today that gave me an interesting idea for the villain in the current novel I’m writing. That alone makes the day a success.

Anyhoo, I’m in “thinking mode” about what the next steps for my channel should be. I don’t expect to be there for long. Probably by the end of this week I’ll start taking action and putting plans into action, as I’m finally starting to realize the benefits of being out of school, and my brain/soul is healing.

Have a good night.
