500 words again. I have a LOT of irons in the fire right now. Today was a juggling act.
The Writing App book is now with my editor. I’m on track to order the cover and probably publish next week.
My book on How to Write Without an Outline has been delivered to beta readers. Thanks to all who signed up. If you weren’t selected, you’ll still receive an ARC.
My editor delivered Cold Hard Magic back. She was kind enough to review Book 1 of the series and she found a couple of typos that I need to fix. I regenerated the ebook and republished the ebook and paperback tonight.
I’ve decided that it makes more sense to publish Cold Hard Magic first rather than the Chicago Rat Shifter series. The main reason is that I have a fan base who would rather see Lester first.
It’s a minor shift. I’m still publishing both within the next week anyway.
I reviewed the proofreader’s edits for Rat City and got it loaded into Vellum. I’m going to hold off on doing the paperback version right now—more than likely you all will vote for me to write Book 3 next. If so, I want to include a preview chapter for Book 3 at the end of Book 2, which will affect the length of the paperback.
Anyhoo, the rest of the night was spent getting the M.L. McKnight website ready for the launch of new novels.
