I discovered an ugly, ugly issue with authorlevelup.com today.
Many of you have been asking me for months to install Secure Socket Layer on my website. I know I needed to do it but needed to sit down and do it. Well, I did it, and it broke my site (Ta—daaah!)
Had to have a developer help me fix this, so apologies for the next day or so as we resolve this. It’s not a hard fix, but due to to timezone differences it may take a bit longer than I like.
Anyway…I published Indie Author Confidential Vol. 6 today. Should have an official announcement tomorrow or Thursday.
On the novel front, I had a great day today. Story-wise, it didn’t feel like I made much progress, but hey, I’ll take the word count.
The story definitely took a turn I didn’t expect, so I’m riding it out. I’m pretty close to the 30K mark so that’s a good thing.
This website thing put me back so I need to do some business stuff tonight. I’ve still got a lot of the night left so I’ll likely do better than 1411 words but we’ll see. I’ll add anything else to tomorrow’s count.
